A holiday-style twist on the traditional Middle Eastern spread, this Pumpkin Hummus is delicious. Creamy, smooth and with a hint of the squash, this hummus is more appropriate for autumn gatherings with friends than the originally flavored hummus. Simply combine equal parts premade hummus and canned pumpkin, and purée until smooth. That's it. You're done. Deliciously simple you can have this made in less than 10 minutes. Serve with sliced raw vegetables, tortilla chips, or pita bread for dipping. Enjoy.
